Compliance

RE Valuations appraisal professionals uphold a level of compliance, quality control, and objectivity that is stricter than most AMC’s in our industry. Audits are performed on a regular basis to enforce our high standards. We measure each report against our own in house Chief appraiser as part of our quality assurance process. We work with our approved panel of appraisers to verify each report’s compliance with USPAP and other regulatory guidelines.

 

Fees

RE Valuations offers customized pricing with no surprises. Once we establish an agreeded upon fee structure, we keep to it, trying to avoid any surprises during the order process. Our fees are competitive for the industry, jumbo appraisals will require a custom quote typically from the appraiser.

 

Ease of access

Through our on-line portal, you are able to receive appraisal reports, check the status of an appraisal, and order new reports at any time. 24/7 access to our online portal means you and your borrowers can pay online with our secure on-line merchant. 

 

Appraiser Panel

We hand pick our appraiser panel based on years of experience and quality of reports that are provided to us for review. By hand picking our roster, we cab assure the client of a quality report done right the first time around. We do not broadcast orders to the "cheapest" appraiser.
